Get Ready To Move


Walking. Playing. Exploring. Sitting. Snuggling.


Depending on your family and the location, we might wander along the beach, explore a trail, throw rocks into the water, or simply hang out together.


Movement keeps things natural, and it gives me a lot more diverse opportunities for meaningful photographs than five people staring at a camera for 1 hour.

I'll Guide You When You Need It



You don't have to know what to do with your hands. Seriously.


I'll give you direction when it helps, but I won't spend the entire session arranging everyone into perfect positions.


Instead, I'll create little opportunities for interaction and let the good stuff happen.

Kids Don't Need To Be On Their Best Behavious


Your child does not need to sit still for an hour. In fact, please don't tell them they have to.


Kids can be energetic, shy, silly, curious, serious, or completely uninterested in my existence. All of that is okay.


Some of my favourite photographs happen when kids are simply being themselves.

Your family has its own dynamic.


Maybe your kids wrestle.

Maybe someone is always making everyone laugh.

Maybe your teenager would rather be anywhere else.

Maybe you're the family that spends every weekend outside.

The goal isn't to create a picture-perfect version of your family. It's to remember what your family actually feels like right now.


Because they won't always be this age.
